The MCH 16/ET Standard uses a pumping unit that is made from top quality materials; connecting rods from aluminium alloy, stainless steel intercoolers and aftercooler that are more than four metres in length and cylinders of special cast iron. The three-phase electric motor uses an aluminium housing to keep weight to a minimum this makes the station very compact.

Semi-sound proofed filling station. This compressor switches off automatically when the pressure set by the operator is reached. Timed condensate discharge using electromagnetic solenoid valves. The tank mounted on the frame holds the condensate for pollution free disposal. Vibration reduction is achieved by insulating the motor and pumping unit from the frame by means of rubber supports. Special consideration has been given to the cooling of this compressor. The cooling fan diameter has been increased to 440mm and grills on the frame ensure that cooling air flows smoothly through the unit. Oil and filter changing are a simple operation on this compressor.

Filling station comprising two completely independent compressors for completely reliable and versatile use. Operation is fully automatic and up to four cylinders can be filled simultaneously. the compressor housing is lined with a sound reducing material which limits noise to 78 dB. The internal air conveyors ensure excellent cooling.
